My story starts as a painfully shy kid who spent a lot of her time quietly observing people and being fascinated by how they acted and how people responded to them. In my 20’s I entered the corporate world and observed something very interesting; that how people presented themselves, their tone of voice and how they moved their body seemed to make more difference to how people perceived and treated them, then what they actually said. I began studying body language, charisma and the non-verbal communication habits that shape our personalities, relationships, attractiveness and success.

I hold a Masters of HRM & Grad Cert Psychology, coupled with over 30 years’ experience coaching senior executives and clients using science and psychology backed principles. My work blends science with real-world application - I take my research and learnings from the last 3 decades and distill them down into shareable practical tips and strategies across social media on how to read other people to see what’s really going on beneath the surface and how to master your presence to become more confident, attractive, likeable, influential and successful.
