My story starts as a painfully shy kid who spent a lot of time quietly sitting on the sidelines and observing other people. I became fascinated by how people behaved and how others responded to them. In my twenties, as I found my footing in the corporate world, I started observing a pattern. The most successful people weren’t necessarily the smartest or the most experienced, they simply knew how to use body language, psychology and neuroscience to influence and attract opportunities to them. They were magnetic, and that magnetism wasn’t luck; it was power in motion.

I began to study human behavior, body language and the habits that shape who we become more deeply. I wanted to become more confident, magnetic and successful, and I learned that if I adopted the small, daily behaviors of a confident, magnetic and successful person, in time my brain would code them into my identity as part of who I am, and that’s exactly what happened. Today I’m a speaker, leader and someone who helps others step into their own power.

I hold a Masters of HRM & Grad Cert Psychology, coupled with over 30 years’ experience coaching senior executives and clients using science and psychology backed principles. My work blends body language, psychology, and neuroscience - grounded in real-world application - I take my learnings from the last 3 decades and distill them down into shareable insights and practical tips that show you exactly how to read others and become your most magnetic self.
